- B.Sc. (Nursing) with a six-month Certificate in Community Health (CCH) from a recognized institute or university from the 2020 academic year onwards.
- Post Basic B.Sc. (Nursing) with six months of CCH from an approved institute or university from the 2020 academic year onwards.
- Candidates trained under the Middle Level Health Provider (MLHP) course who have completed their 4th year in B.Sc. Nursing or 2nd year of Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing from 2019-2020 onwards are eligible.
- B.Sc. (Nursing)/Post Basic B.Sc. (Nursing)/GNM candidates who have completed CCH through IGNOU or any other institution recognized by the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India.
